14. 3D Capture, Imagery & Tour Accuracy

When we capture a space to produce a 3D virtual tour or digital twin, our cameras may incidentally record images of people, vehicles, or other identifying details (such as vehicle number plates) present at the time. Where this occurs:

• We capture only what is necessary to document the client's premises and produce the agreed tour.
• On request from our client or an identifiable individual, we will blur, redact, or remove incidental personal data from a tour where technically feasible.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to commission a capture of their premises and for informing staff or visitors where required.

Tour accuracy: in line with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, we do not digitally alter tours in ways that would materially misrepresent a space (for example, "virtual defurnishing" or edits that conceal defects) without clearly labelling the tour as an edited visualisation.
